BoardPad’s Isabelle Kerdranvat on the panel at the Guberna Director’s Day 2016 in Brussels

This year, the Guberna Director’s Day in Brussels on 14th March 2016 will revolve around the question ‘Who is the Director of tomorrow?’.

As our economy and companies are constantly shifting, Guberna aims to set focus on the individual role of future directors. What will be the challenges of corporate governance? What will be their future tasks?

BoardPad is delighted to have Isabelle Kerdranvat, European Regional Sales Manager on the panel to share her thoughts on the future of directors and the digital transition. Isabelle Kerdranvat comments: I am very excited to be on the panel at the Guberna Director’s Day. I will be sharing my thoughts regarding moving towards a paperless boardroom and the digital transformation for Administrators. Digital board meeting solutions such as BoardPad empower directors to become more efficient, while reducing  the time-consuming work of managing, collating and distributing meeting papers for Administrators. I am also looking forward to discussing how we address the concern of security issues and actively supporting meeting organisers as well as board members in the transitional phase from paper-based to a digital system.

The panel discussion, starting at 2:30pm (CET) will be conducted in French only. Isabelle Kerdranvat, among other industry experts, will share her experience on the changing information flow, the future role of board members and the security of digital board packs. All questions from the audience can be followed via BoardPad’s twitter feed under  #Guberna2016.
